Learn from a panel of leaders in the legal profession.  Each attendee will receive a copy of the book The Confidence Code.  Topics to be covered include action items to help women attorneys more effectively lead a legal team, including:

  • Tips for leading your team and influencing those you don't directly lead
  • Ideas for managing your time given competing demands, including delegating
  • Dealing with difficult employees and talent management generally
  • Developing and retaining women attorneys
