Overview

A company can only act through its employees, and when those employees leave, they take with them relationships and knowledge that belong to the company.  Companies need to protect their customer relationship, competitively sensitive information, and their trade secrets.  This CLE will provide practical tips for drafting covenants not to compete, non-solicitation provisions, and confidentiality agreements that will discourage former employers from using the company's secrets and set the company up for a successful outcome in litigation, if necessary.

Speakers

Panel Seakers:  Alex Maultsby, Patti Rameur, Doug Grimes with Smith Moore Leatherwood.  Also, Heather White, Association General Counsel at TIAA.

Moderator:  Bailey King with Smith Moore Leatherwood
