Womble Carlyle : Ethics Program - Due Diligence Done Right:  Business Intake to Minimize Risk

This program will cover the ethical issues that can arise at the inception of a client relationship and during the business intake process.  Participants will learn to avoid or resolve disqualifying conflicts of interests, to understand best practices for documenting a client relationship, and to minimize risks presented by the involvement of non-clients in various client matters.
