Overview
This programme will provide to in-house counsel a practical guide illustrating a wide range of practical techniques for enhancing negotiations skills and countering negotiation tactics from the other side to effectively close a deal. The panel will discuss the following topics:
• Criteria for successful business negotiations
• Psychological blocks to effective negotiation
• Negotiation styles and approaches
• How to plan and prepare: managing negotiation using a logically
structured framework
• Negotiation tactics, techniques of persuasion, and how to recognize
and deal with the tactics and ploys of the other side
