Overview

Global market forces created a business environment in the United States which has had an impact on the way deals are executed.  Please join our panel of experienced corporate counsel and our New York partners as we discuss (and debate) the emerging trends we see and their implications for deal-making and corporate governance practices going forward.  Topics will include:

  • The ongoing impact of the credit crisis and other economic developments
  • Execution lessons learned from transactions under the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) and the Term Asset-Backed Securities Loan Facility (TALF)
  • Emerging executive compensation issues and other retention strategies
