McMillan LLP
Brookfield Place

Overview
In these tough economic times, the risk of your company becoming a victim of fraud is great. Unfortunately, fraud is the only business that flourishes in a recession. To protect your corporation's assets and reputation, you need to know how to respond quickly and effectively when a fraud occurs.
At this seminar, you will learn from the experts what you need to know to deal with fraud: the key first steps to take on the discovery of fraud, how to best investigate the fraud, how to deal with the suspected perpetrator, and how to efficiently and effectively recover losses suffered as a result of the fraud. You will also hear about best practices to avoid becoming a victim of fraud and about current scams to watch for.
