Committee activities include:

• Developing resources to share among members
• Organizing continuing legal education programs
• Providing forums where members can exchange ideas and expertise
• Organizing conferences and other events around specific legal issues
• Advocating public policy positions
• Commenting on legislative, regulatory and other matters
