The Leadership Development Institute (LDI) provides chapter and committee leaders with the training and networking opportunities they need to effectively lead their constituents.

We are committed to making sure your experience as an ACC leader is personally and professionally rewarding. No matter how simple or complex the question, ACC and the LDI are ready with the information and resources you need to successfully lead your ACC chapter, board or committee.

The LDI Mission

LDI helps volunteer leaders develop the skills to:

• Organize and manage a board of directors and standing committees in a dynamic, effective manner
• Increase the in-house bar’s awareness of and need for ACC
• Recruit, retain and increase member participation in ACC
• Obtain sponsorships to fund programs and events
• Develop programs and events that interest the in-house bar
