Catherine Nathan is a lawyer, certified coach, and founder of Catherine Nathan Coaching for Lawyers LLC. Catherine has a unique background that combines her legal and coach training with her vast experience as the founder and former head of Spencer Stuart’s Legal, Compliance and Regulatory practice where she focused on general counsel recruitment at F500 companies. With her national reputation, Catherine knows what it takes for a lawyer to succeed in-house.
Catherine works confidentially with individual lawyers, who seek coaching to improve their relationships with senior management, their presence, communications, management, or interviewing skills. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Berkeley Law School, Catherine practiced law at two Wall Street firms before transitioning to search and then to coaching. Catherine is certified by the Columbia Coaching Certification Program and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
