- Phone: Call 619.232.1234 and indicate you are attending ACC's 2006 Annual Meeting. The reservations agent will provide you with the hotel's cancellation policy and your confirmation number.
- Online: Enter group code, G-ACCA, in the group/corporate # field, arrival/departure dates, and click 'check availability.' *Note that ACC's group rate of $259 single/double should appear when the results are displayed. If not, please contact the hotel at 800.233.1234. Enter your email address when reserving your room to receive an e-confirmation stating the hotel's cancellation policy and your confirmation number. If you do not fill in your email address, you are responsible for writing down your confirmation number. A confirmation will not be mailed.
- Fax: Fax completed hotel reservation form to 619.358.6729. To receive your confirmation letter from the hotel, you must provide either an email address or a fax number.

Airport Transportation
The Manchester Grand Hyatt, ACC's 2006 Annual Meeting host hotel, is located approximately 20 minutes from Lindbergh International Airport (SAN). The following methods of transportation are available to the hotel from the airport:
Taxi: Average fare is $10 one way
Shuttle service: Approximately $8 one way on Cloud9 Shuttle. No advance reservation is required for travel from the airport to the hotel. To arrange your transportation back to the airport, please see the concierge or bell stand or call 800.974.8885.
