Corporate clients are often trapped in a legal system that is stacked in favor of plaintiff rights or suffers from systematic problems and requirements that cause unnecessary delays, expense and frustration. ACC joins with many other organizations focused on civil justice reform to find ways to assure that merit of claims and efficiency help drive the administration of justice for all.
