Rates

Registration includes courses, written materials, scheduled meals, the Welcome Reception, and the Gala Dinner. Registration does NOT include hotel, travel, or personal expenses.

ACC Members

€ 595 special advance rate (payment received by 15 March)
€ 695 regular rate (payment received after 15 March)

Nonmembers (in-house counsel only)

€ 775 meeting registration and membership included (payment received by 15 March)
€ 875 meeting registration and membership included (payment received after 15 March)

Gala Registration Only

One ticket for the Black Tie Gala on Monday, 15 May is included in each registration. If you would like to purchase additional tickets*

€175 one gala ticket for guests of attendees

* A guest is defined as a spouse or significant other, friend, or relative who is not a member of ACC, and is not qualified to become a member or in an industry-related occupation. A coworker or an associate within the industry does not qualify for a guest badge.

CLE/CPD

ACC is an approved sponsor in the UK as well as all US states with mandatory CLE requirements. If you are seeking CPD or CLE credit from this conference, be sure to complete the appropriate information in section 1 of the registration form on the previous page.

Cancellation Policy

ACC Europe will refund your registration fee, less a €75 administrative fee, if written notice of cancellation is received by Monday, 1 May, 2006. No refunds will be made for any reason after that date. Substitutes for cancelled registrations are welcome. Registration will only be confirmed upon payment in full.

ACC Europe collects and processes personal data about its members and conference registrants, including their address, job title, telephone number and e-mail address. ACC Europe uses personal information about its members and conference registrants in connection with organising and promoting ACC Europe events, newsletters, and other activities of interest to its members. You have a right to access, correct, and delete the personal data that we have about you at any time by contacting the ACC Europe administrator at acceurope@acca.com. We also ask you to inform us as soon as you have changed jobs or ceased to be a member of ACC Europe, so that we may make the appropriate correction to, or deletion of, the personal data relating to you.

Travel Arrangements and Visas

Delegates are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. It is recommended that you check your visa requirements with your local embassy or consulate. We are unable to send letters supporting visa applications prior to receipt of your registration form and full payment of registration fees. Please apply for your visa in a timely manner. ACC Europe cannot be responsible for visas not being granted, and except as otherwise stated in this registration document, ACC Europe will not refund registration or other fees paid because the authorities of Greece did not grant a prospective delegate a visa.
