Article Style & Topics

Imagine your audience is your board of directors. Your stockholders, vendors and employees have heard about an issue that will significantly affect your company’s business. Now your board has questions, which you, as the company’s in-house counsel, have been asked to answer.

Your 1,500- to 2,000-word briefing should introduce the topic and address its national implications, then describe the anticipated challenges for your company and industry related to the changes ahead. Conclude by recommending actions to take to minimize or avoid problems while maximizing your company’s ability to succeed.
