Excerpt from OCR Text: “Sixty-one percent of responding legal departments are seeking alternative fee structures from the law firms they hire…released today by the Association of Corporate Counsel and the legal technology company Serengeti Law…The tough economic times have added urgency to the continuing client push for better value from their firms," association President Frederick Krebs said in a statement…In- house counsel and law firms must communicate about how to improve service and explore new ways to efficiently managing legal costs."
