Corporate Counsel reports on two recent filings by ACC in the Pennsylvania Superior Court and U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. In Pennsylvania, ACC filed a brief regarding attorney-client privilege when a corporation dissolves. In D.C., ACC sent a letter praising a proposal to eliminate reciprocity requirements for attorneys in cross-border practices, but advises the Court to go even further to expand D.C. bar admission rules.
