ACC board member and GC for FMC Technologies Jeff Carr leads the charge in his company's competition for creative billings. Thirty-two finalists, including McDermott, Will & Emery and Vinson & Elkins LLP, will compete for the companies preferred list of outside counsel by finding creative ways to manage the their existing billing arrangements, several ways of which are suggested in the ACC Value Challenge resources.  ACC President Fred Krebs notes the need for such a "permanent change," and stresses the reality of the client's needs.  To read the full article visit www.bloomberg.com.
