Chinese Delegation Meets with ACC

ACC meets with more than 20 representatives of the Chinese Delegation to discuss issues and matters effecting the in-house counsel community. ACC’s Vice President and General Counsel Jim Merklinger presented on the role and responsibilities of corporate counsel, beneficial in-house products, U.S. corporate legal department structure, and legal risk prevention and management.
