What should I do if I've forgotten my password to log in to the site?

Go to the "Forgot My Password" page and enter the email address registered with ACC. We will send you an email with your log-in information. To make sure you receive our email quickly, make sure acc.com is "white-listed" in your email programs. If you don't receive a message within 24 hours, email our membership department.

How do I log in to the eGroups?

Log in to the site with your member information. Click on "My ACC" and choose "My eGroups" from the menu on the left.

Where is the Virtual Library?

The Web site looks different, but it still has a library of resources. You can still find these documents by using the search box at the top of the site. Use the advanced search to narrow down your results.

Why can't I access the resources I need?

Some resources from the old site have not yet been transferred to the new site. If you can't find an ACC resource that was on the old site, please contact our legal resources department.

Where is "Member-to-Member"?

Member-to-Member is part of the Find a Member application in which you can Search by Expertise.

Where can I find ACC Newsstand articles?

Articles from the ACC Newsstand can be found by using the search feature on the Newsstand site.
